It sounds like it could be one of two things. Are the Motion Sensor Switches being used in a single pole location (meaning only one switch can can control the light, commonly found in offices, or bedrooms), or is it in a location where multiple switches control the light (like a hallway)? These can only be in places where one switch controls the light.
The second thought is there could be something going on in the wiring where something is not quite right. If a neutral wire is missing, that could cause the switch to not work as intended, as well as if some of those wires are in the wrong slot.

“I have multiple Deko swtiches at home, from regular, motion sensor and dimmer sensor and they all are connected to Alexa and work great, it is the best choise I could have done to enhance functionality and make it a smart home.
I talk to Akxea with commends and just set a schedule for the switches to. turn on and off.
The warranty Deko offer is great, I have not had big issues with them, they all work to my high expectations.
