Our team has reached out to you. In many cases, the Motion Sensor Switch does not perform as expected due to one of two reasons: location or wiring. The switch can only be in locations where one switch controls the light, like a bedroom or pantry. It would not work in a location like a hallway where multiple switches control the light. Second reason is wiring may cause the switch to not work as intended.

Thank you for the review and glad you're enjoying the Motion Sensor Switch! If you haven't already, check out the settings and see if adjusting the time will work to make the it longer. The settings are behind the button used to turn it on or off.
“I bought these switches for my condo however they don’t send you required items to install them. They’re just a front plate. You can’t hook any wires into them to make them work so be careful on what you order.”
“Only two options, 5 min and 20 min. Because the house is wired for these Deako switches, I can’t use the a basic one that is half the price. They still did not work in two places and will often switch on without anyone or anything moving (internet light blinking for example)”
