“Everything about the switches are great. The problem I had with it was the ordering process. It doesn't make sense that I can't order a 3 way switch in whatever gang size I want. I shouldn't have to order 4 gang single pole switches and 4 single gang 3 way switches to get what I need. Too many extras and very confusing”

Thank you for your review and for giving us your insight into how we can better assist customers during the ordering process. Unfortunately, it is due to UL regulations we had to sell those items together. In the coming months, we will address this issue and we will be able to sell the 3/4way switch by itself.
We will process a refund for the extra items you do not want and send you a return label, that way you can send back the extra switches you don't need.
