“We purchased a new home with Dealko light switches throughout, we had one smart switch and the rest normal “dumb” switches.
Within the past 10 months we’ve replaced at least 8 of these switches. The issues have been consistent; use them (simply flip on/off) and the do not consistently work to turn the lights on. They either flicker or just done turn on at all.
I’ve contact customer support each time and, thankfully, gotten replacements shipped for no charge. The hey have great customer service but it’s a standard (not smart light switches), how hard is it to make them reliable?
A the cost they charge, which is a big premium, they should work for many many years not a few months.”

“My wife and I bought a new home from DR Horton two years ago with Deako electrical switches, prior to that I had never heard of them before. The concept sounds good on paper but not so much in the execution. For one thing, the only switch plates available are white. The real issue though is the dimmer switches, I replaced two simple rocker switches with dimmers and at first they worked well. Over time they stopped coming on when first tapped, you had to try it again or really tap them firmly to turn them on. (See attached video) I tried contacting Deako about my concerns, but was never able to talk to a tech rep. They took my number and said they would call back, which they never did, a couple of weeks later I received two new simple rockers switches which I did not need, because I still have the old ones that I replaced with dimmers. To say that Deako's customer service leaves a lot to be desired is an understatement. I would still like to know why my dimmer switches do not come on when first tapped. For the record, I have had no issues with any of the many simple rocker switches that came with the home.”

Support tried calling three times, but reached a busy signal each time. Because we didn't know what switches were sticking from the notes left, we sent rockers just to make sure you were covered.
I went ahead and sent two replacement simple dimmers.
