“Bought these for my wife (71) to see if they would help her sleep through the night. She takes one about 30 minutes before bed and then voila she sleeps getting up only once or twice. She did mention that she gets "high" but this is coming from a 71 yr old woodstock hippie that gave it up after having kids.
