“Flavor was okay but mediocre and on par with the blue train wreck from chronix. seemed to last as long as well. My largest complaint lies with the shipping and handling times. 3-8 days does not seem realistic to create just to the shipping ticket. This last order I wasn't even informed of shipping delay due to part of my order not being in stock when claimed as such by the website when ordering. USPS can only be blamed so much when the order hasn't been made over a week after placement. The lack of communication from the front or back end of shipment and order placement is negligent. I want to see this company actually deserve my business by taking my orders seriously. I've ordered multiple times from the site is the past few months and received worse intercompany ship times than USPS daily shipment travel. I would love for you guys to upgrade you customer service and transportation needs, above upgrading your product at this point. you're handling times are ridiculous at this point. make an order and hope to receive it by 2and a half to 3 weeks later. we have to try and figure out your shipment shechdules just to time when we will run out of the chosen disposables. Get the shipping and weekend crew set, and we'll be customers for life.”
