“There isn't alot of flavor and it was hard to know from the description. I will say it does help with aches and pains and absolutely helps with sleep. This isn't my favorite flavor and I personally wouldn't buy again, I prefer the berries and sweeter flavors. But if you enjoy the natural crisp flavor, this might be the one for you. I also purchased a strawberry shortcake resin and I can't wait to try that one. It smells delicious!”
