“The dose I use is a half to a whole gummy to get me thru the day. Helps to reduce pain and anxiety. Provides a nice relaxing buzz, while allowing me to accomplish tasks during the day. Helps provide better rest at night. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead if 5 is that there is alot of sugar on the outside. Taste is nice.”
