I highly recommend it to chill out or go to sleep, also for pain. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 stars ✨ rating instead of 5 is because the taste, especially at 1st, is too strong for me. Like, i really really like the flavor but if it was a bit diluted, more subtle I'd like it more, but that's just me. We all like different things. Really nice quality though ;) mahalo mil! I can't say I didn't cough but I do have some sort of cough on my own so I can't blame the product..I will likely purchase again..after I try a few other flavors.
