“Great smooth feeling, my mind is so happy on this new strand, I’m able to put my thoughts together and actually relax.
I have to take multiple days off after 2 to 3 days of use to get any benefits. That’s just me, adjust to ur tolerance. If u don’t have much experience I’d start with maybe 1/2 with some experience go ahead with 1 it should be more than enough depending on ur tolerance.
