“The product is fine. Delta Extrax is not. Customer service is the worst. This order transaction is the worst in my whole life. I ordered one and got charged for five different orders of the same thing. After days and days customer service finally responded, and offered to send me a return label. The problem is that I don't trust them to actually refund the money. Transactions where they actually get your money should never be this aggravating. They lost a good customer. Time to move on without Delta Extrax.”

We understand if this was a mistake, which is why we sent a complimentary return label for the items you did not intend to order.
