“I have been ordering your product for a few months, the same gummies. I would have to cut them in half because they were a bit stronger than I liked, but still a great product. However, this last order was not the same. They seemed stale, hard to chew, and not effective at all. I e taken 2 at a time, and there was little to no effect. I'm not sure if I got an old bottle off the shelf. But there's a clear difference between what I was getting, vs my last order. Hopefully this doesn't become consistent, because you all have a really good product. But I won't be ordering that flavor again.”

“The product is fine. Delta Extrax is not. Customer service is the worst. This order transaction is the worst in my whole life. I ordered one and got charged for five different orders of the same thing. After days and days customer service finally responded, and offered to send me a return label. The problem is that I don't trust them to actually refund the money. Transactions where they actually get your money should never be this aggravating. They lost a good customer. Time to move on without Delta Extrax.”
