“These are a lifesaver for me! I used to have to take Ambien to sleep, but now I am often able to sleep without it! And often I sleep through the night. I recommend these often to friends and family with similar issues! They ALL love them! They are strong so, if you’re new, try half and wait for an hour or so. If you need to fall asleep fast you can let them dissolve in between your cheek and gums and they hit faster.”
