“Carts are a little hot on the throat to smoke (not as smooth) but they work. I smoke a lot so I wasn't sure if I'd feel anything from the carts but I did so they get a thumbs up from me”

“All of the products I bought had a very strange and unpleasant after taste. I didn't like them at all. They left my throat feeling raw after 1 hit. I gave all the products away. I will not be buying from Extrax again.”

“My package came damaged in the mail.
It was shipped in a thin plastic bubble wrap mailer and at some point in transit the package was crushed and caused one of the carts to leak.
I reached out to your customer support email and notified them of the problem.
They asked me for my order number and a picture of the crushed products.
I provided the order number and picture a few days later.
It has now been about 4 days and I have heard nothing from your customer support.
I have sent a follow up email to both the main support email address and the email address from your helpdesk that replied to my original email.
I have still not heard back.”
“I just had a book typed out n deleted it, n that's just from 2 pulls of each ( Kush & Tangie ) just testing them on the YoCan510 that fits, n said yo I am on a that's floating n had to stop myself, Def no anxiety at all , I was also reading into others reviews etc, got skeptical, but after the speedy delivery, especially around Xmas/Holidays, I'm kinda shocked how good these are, still can't stop typin! Lifetime customer over here!”
