“I purchased and received and it went dead by two days of use. I tried contacting customer support and they tell me they cant find order number so guess wont buy from this company anymore, so don't bother sending me 10% off I wont be buying from your company any longer.”

“You shipped the product on July 29 and I have received nothind. I trackrd the package and it looks like it's back at the post office it was shipped from. I think you better start using UPS or some one other than the USPS. I don't think you people are very reliable as it stands.”
