“Ceramic coil ended up shattering. Cartridge leaked all over my pocket and then all over me when I tried, unknowing, to hit it. Had not dropped it at any point so I do not understand how it happened. Haven't had it for but a day or two and it was 3/4 full. Was a good product until that.”

“It was perfect timing! We had just returned from a 10 hour driving trip from NC to FL and I was exhausted but too wired to sleep even at 71 yrs old. I found the package, opened it and screwed it on my battery and vaped away. It does take a few moments to feel the effects but the taste was right on the number for me and in a short time I could feel the buz helping me to relax after 10 hrs of driving 70 - 80 mph! This is my first time with a 2gm cart so it will be interesting to see how it holds up and lasts but so far happily satisfied!”

“This arrived with a small leak and I was immediately concerned. I briefly used this product before it clogged and was strong with a nice taste. But the clogging got worse until I eventually had to toss it, and I believe this was due to packaging. The cart is in the corner of the box which means that it has maximum exposure to knocks. Additionally, products are sent out in a thin padded envelope with no additional protection. Other companies wrap their products in bubble wrap before they place in the padded envelope.
Delta Extrax management - please improve your packaging! This is the second product I have ordered in the last 6 months that arrived damaged and I had to dispose of. I'm sure they were fine when they left your facility. I'm loathe to complain as the products are good but anymore, and I will be demanding replacements.”
