“Love the product, however a name and address I didn’t recognize appeared on my account, I replied to the CSR email and it said they would respond in 24-48 hrs. That didn’t happen so I sent another request to inquire if my info has been compromised etc. I sent another email and still nothing. Very dissatisfied with the company customer service/security but like the product. Buyer beware!!!!”
