Customer service instead of canceling the order as requested. They didn't respond and shipped it that day. It literally took me 21 days from my order to receive the product.”

Thanks for the feedback! Per our policy, your order was shipped within four business days of ordering and we cannot refund an already shipped order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over how long USPS takes to ship and we're so sorry they took two weeks to deliver! However, we hope you understand that shipping speed is not something we can control.
