““Replacement” device smelled strongly of bleach and chemical cleaner. Device I was sent was a usb micro device without a manual button, obviously an outdated, possibly even previously used replacement. It is shorter, and smaller than the one BEING replaced.”

“I opened tested, and fully charged the battery of the device. Everything looked awesome! I installed the first pod I intended to use, the Hawaiian Snow, and took a solid 5-8 sec hit. Upon exhale, the only thing I could taste was burnt cotton and it gave me a NASTY coughing fit. Uninstalled this pod and put in one of my backup purchase pair of Green Queen, and it was awesome! Don’t expect the 2 pods in the starter kit to both be excellent. This was not my experience at all.

“First starter kit came and device didn’t work properly. Customer service sent me a replacement device only but ended up being the older version without the preheat button. Turns out the 2 gram carts that came in the kit were also faulty. I honestly just said screw it and gave up on it.”
