“I still have yet to get my order. I was told to go through the route email, I did and they can’t help. So since I didn’t get my order, I rate it as a negative experience bc I’m not going to continue to go round and round. If I need to I will dispute it with my bank. It was a pleasure using you guys for the last year but I will find another supplier”
