“If one is new to these, maybe take some precaution. Split them in half or fourths with a butter knife to start out. For one who is used to the other gummies on this site, take half to one at a time, then wait 2-3 hours for max effect. There is an aftertaste & they will tend to leave a film on teeth, so have gum or a toothbrush handy. Thanks DeltaExtrax, for making premium products.”
