After pressing rubble grommet into place, drop the white washer in and position it over the rubber grommet, (practice and patience will be required) it won't stay there as you slip in the pump up through the grommet. Have a 22mm deep socket, a universal or wobble socket and 6 inch extension. To hold the screen in place, I had to press a paper towel down into the socket, then fit the screen into the socket, Next is the hardest part. Attempting to hold the reservoir in your lap with the pump pressed through the grommet start the screen on to the threaded end of the pump by angling the extension so the socket is aligned over the threaded end of the pump. Once started it threads on very easily. There are so little of the threads exposed it makes it hard to do. You'll feel it once it takes hold. Stop there and adjust the pump by turning it slightly so that once the reservoir is installed, the wires will not be pinched hard against the inner fender well. After that you won't need the paper towel, but if you have to loosen the screen to do the adjustment. An 1/8 to 1/4 turn ONLY. Too much and you get to redo the entire process. Answer: get someone to hold the pump in straight and the reservoir steady, while you struggle to thread the screen on to the pump. HAVE FUN and remember, be patient.
