“This was bought as a replacement for my old large pan which was unsuitable for my new induction hob. I am pleased with the look , quality, ease of cleaning and above all the results of a batch of marmalade and damson jam made with fruit that had been frozen. I had no problem with sticking although I have always given preserves an occasional stir when boiling. The pan worked perfectly on the induction hob coming to a fast boil quickly. A good buy!!”
