“We were so excited about the Bancroft dining table (the table is beautiful) but were disappointed by its defects. Two legs didn't fit perfectly into the table, and there were several scratches on the legs and the edge of the table. I let John know about these issues with photos through the chat on the website and look forward to hearing back from him ASAP. I will change my review once I hear from him.
The packing should definitely be improved. The table was super heavy and you should have put something more to guard.”
