“Stunners for sure, everyone that comes into my home mentions these. I have the counter height stools in white. I chose to go with the OG instead of the knockoffs. The reason these chairs are so attractive is that deep roll stitch on the profile which is not present in lower priced copies.
Seat comfort is great, feels “light” due to the floating effect.
Stains resistance: I had a drop of Coke hit and was able to blot it off with no stain, it tends to bead liquids so they don’t sink in. That being said, the boucle has no defense against black ash. I know this because I have some stuck in the cushion after blowing out a candle on the table.
In terms of overall quality, they have a great heft that gives that expensive feel. My chairs were not perfect though. 1 of the 2 clearly has shoddier stitching on the side profile than the other. The hem on the bottom cushion visibly wobbles to the top of the roll instead of the edge like everywhere else. I considered pursuing an exchange, but got distracted by other life events.
Love them, and interested in seeing what DM does with this design, maybe some different leg finishes.”
