“I am pleased with my new Vail Linen covers, although I do find them to have some pilling issues on the ottoman covers. However, this is easily rectified with a brushing. Having contacted Denver Modern about the workmanship of the original linen covers I had ordered and reviewed online, I was contacted immediately by their customer service representive, Kyle, who addressed the problem and replaced the inferior covers without delay. They made no excuses, but apologized for the inconvenience and assured me they would make sure I was satisfied with the new order being shipped.
I do find the removal of the screws to be somewhat tedious and wojuld prefer snaps on the straps.”
