“The seminar was composed largely of generalities - reiteration of common themes we are all aware of. e.g. "nature" is good, we should learn from "nature", and include "nature" in our designs. The presentation would have benefitted from many more specific examples of the application of the concepts presented in actual architectural projects. Where photos were presented of actual projects there was little background information about the project or how it was accomplished. The presenter gave very little quantitative information. The presenter used terms not in common usage without defining them, e.g "fractals" and their "D value" and referred many times to the WELL building standard without ever describing its protocols, who sponsors it, or its level of acceptance in the industry.”
