Dear Ofelia, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Urban Pulse and Contemporary Issues & Resilience webinars. We sincerely apologize for your experience and appreciate your feedback regarding the courses. We strive to provide informative and engaging content, while being inclusive. English is not the presenter's primary language and can make it difficult to decipher occasionally. This was a recording of a live session and he was mulling over questions that were posted in the chat and formulating responses to those. While it can be confusing sometimes, we felt that the responses were important to the material being presented and kept them in the recorded version.
