“this was the worst CEU I have EVER taken. the points were buried and lost and the two hour presentation turned into a 6 hour saga trying to find the buried information in the confusingly presented CUE to be able to pass the test. - I still do not know what was correct and what was incorrect!”

“to design for the "elderly/disabled/impared/aging" call it what you will you have to walk in their shoes to understand what it takes to make it work trust me the presenter did a fine job of doing this without saying what I said... but as we age, we need the youngsters to assist us old guys to get along”
