“florida usually leads the way in terms of building codes... afterall, they got stuff that happens in the extreme.... wind, rain, more wind, more rain and water water everywhere... you know that the fiirst use of metal nailing connector plates was in florida to prevent roofs from becoming airborne ? great place to practice, expect for the mosquitos and alligators.... good update... should do more of these for the most dangerous states to work in”
