“We used Emma Parry-Thorpe to book our family trip to Florida in April 2023. Emma made what was a pretty over whelming experience, trying to understand hotel locations and park tickets, so much simpler. Emma has personally stayed at one of the hotels she suggested which gave us the confidence in booking it and she gave advice around park tickets even though we weren‘t buying them through her. Finally Emma and her team supported us through the ESTA application process and uploading proof of COVID documentation, making sure we didn't pay over the odds for ESTA and had the latest vaccine information. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma and her team.”

“Emma arranged a bespoke holiday for me to see the wildlife of Costa Rica; my retirement present from me to me. I had an itinerary of places I wanted to go from a friend who knew someone there and had visited the places they had recommended on a driving holiday with his family. The holiday encompassed travelling the breadth of the county and visiting different wildlife reserves as they travelled. Emma followed this itinerary and booked this bespoke itinerary for me as a single person; including safe transport between the areas that I wanted to visit. She got 3 quotes from different companies who arrange the sort of holidays I was looking for, one was way over budget, and one was just over. The other was quite a bit under budget, but the hotels were a bit basic for my liking. Emma worked hard with the company that was near budget to change a few of the hotels, but still with the degree of comfort I like, so that it came in under budget. Throughout the process, Emma was frequently in contact with me to check that what she was arranging would fit the bill. Emma's work for me didn't stop when I made the booking, as after I booked; I thought I might like to do an excursion that I hadn't put on the original itinerary. The extra excursion didn't pan out, but it didn't seem to bother Emma that she'd put in the extra miles looking into something that bore no fruit. I would therefore unequivocally recommend Emma.”
