“We have used Emma previously and always recieved an excellent service and this time was no exception. We were after some winter sun just before Christmas, at fairly short notice and Emma provided a variety of hotels - all very good options, but one in particular. Everything went smoothly, with flights and transfers - the hotel was brilliant! Would return to it. Highly recommend Emma and I am in the process of booking another holiday with her.”

“So our flight was cancelled last night from Barbados to Manchester, I called Emma and she doggidly stuck with it late on a Sunday night and not only was we booked back into a hotel whilst everyone else was still at the airport struggling to find anywhere to stay but we were backed booked on a flight tomorrow whilst others can’t get home until Sunday! If there was ever a time I convince myself its always better to book with a totally reliable agent these are the times!! I was never in doubt that we would get sorted and we just enjoyed that we had a couple of days extra holiday!! Thank you Emma once again for being an absolute superstar!!!”

“Emma has been absolutely great booking our first trip to Lapland. No amount of questions and help were too much trouble for her and as the person I am I know there will be more and she is there just on the end of an email or phone call. Highly recommend Emma’s service and help.”

“We were recommended via a friend that had booked with Emma previously. We booked New York and having never been we found Emma to be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in helping us book the flights and hotel that would best suit the holiday we were looking for. Within a couple of hours of discussing what we were looking for Emma found us a perfect package which we have now booked. Looking forward to our trip, would recommend and will be using Emma again”

“Emma has helped us to book our dream holiday to New York. All she needed from us were dates, budget and preferred area to stay and she came back with numerous options and one of them was perfect. Emma is friendly, professional and very efficient. Having booked with Emma before I know that she will always be on the end of the phone should I have any questions or issues.”
