“We have always found finding and booking a holiday a little stressful. That was until Paula was recommended to us. Next year is a special year for us as it is my 60th. Birthday and our 40th. Wedding anniversary so we wanted our holiday to be stupendous. We were at sixes and sevens with where to go, how long for, how much to spend, what were the best flights, which airport etc. etc. This is where our travel angel, Paula, stepped in. She listened to what we were looking for, asked all the right and relevant questions, went away and came back to us with a number of different options, each one pertinent to our requests. If we were not sure on something she took the time to explain things ensuring we understood. It was then very easy for us to decide and once we had done that Paula arranged everything. We will definitely use her again. Hazel & Nick”

“Paula gives a great personal service, she gets to know what type of holiday you like & finds just what’s right for you. She’s very patient & helpful, even when I change my mind on major parts of a trip ! Looking forward to the holidays already booked including a very unique Singapore trip that we would not have known about but for Paula’s expert knowledge . “I have booked 2 holidays through Paula and each time she has made the whole experience a pleasure. She listened to what I wanted & delivered and some, each time. She is knowledgeable, friendly and really goes above and beyond to get the best, most suited holiday for you. I will continue to use Paula as my holiday lady as she is amazing!!
