“I wanted a specific type of holiday. Told Shirley what was in my head and she came back straight away with the ideal choice, plus a couple of suitable alternatives. She has the insider knowledge and experience that's needed when looking for a specific holiday. I'd much rather book through Shirley, who has been to the hotel in question herself, than make a best guess and hope for the best.”

“Within 24 hours of enquiring, Shirley had our holiday booked, having answered so many questions and trying different booking combinations to keep our party of 5 happy. Shirley managed to secure a good price, exactly when and where we wanted. She was really patient with my "can you just...." moments. Wouldn't book a holiday without Shirley now as she keeps me right and always keeps me in check. Reassuring to have her had the end of a phone or message.”
