“When booking my dream holiday to Borneo to see orangutans in the wild we chose to book via a holiday planner to as we have not travelled to far afield and I have health issues. A friend then insisted before I book with the who I’d chosen I must speak to Maria Murphy first. I did so, not expecting a better itinerary. From our first conversation, Maria asked questions getting to know us as people, our likes, my limitations physically as well as checking all we were planning to do our once we were at the destination, it put me at ease immediately. It was completely different to other Holiday Planners we’d spoken to, we trusted her. During subsequent conversations, I could tell Maria had thoroughly reviewed flights, hotels looking for ones suitable for a mobility scooter, even finding the Sukau Rainforest Lodge in the rainforest where I could take drive on a boardwalk. Maria truly understood my dreams, factored in rest days and soon put it into a fabulous itinerary. Maria was on top of every detail of our trip, if she didn’t know something Maria found out emailing very speedily, even in her own time. Giving information proactively so we knew what to expect and needed from our 3 destinations. Through the 8 months up to our trip it always felt as if Maria only had our holiday on her books whenever we spoke, I was amazed memory and her attention to detail. We did experience issues with Air Lines right up until the day before we went away, Maria eased my anxiety reassuring me as I was panicking. We understood when at airports, the airline had never seen a mobility scooter before, hence all the questions. Our holiday exceeded all expectations, we all loved it. I don’t think it could have been better organised and I would definitely only book future long distance holidays with Maria and recommend her to friends as mine did to me. Thank you for making my dream a reality Maria.”

“Maria is nothing short of amazing at what she does. She’s booked some very memorable trips for my whole family over the years. Maria is well travelled herself and will always give you very honest advice about destinations and accommodation based on her own experiences. Using Maria to book our holidays has taken all of the hassle out of travel, she’s also always on hand should any problems occur, which is very reassuring.”

“Always exceptional service. Tailors my needs perfectly and is always available to assist and advise. No queries are too small. Maria not only looks after us as a couple but arranges holidays for my 3 grown up daughters and their partners. Maria knows exactly what we like and also what we expect from our holidays. Maria has booked ALL of my holidays including weekend breaks and large twin centre holidays for our family for over 15 years!!!! I trust her wholeheartedly to get me the best holiday with the best price always. She is just AMAZING!”

“Maria has organised our holidays for over 20 years.Her skill at putting our detailed , sometimes complicated holidays together for us is unbelievable and we have never been dissatisfied. It’s like talking to a good friend when we ring her , always helpful , patient and fun . We couldn’t have our holidays if Maria wasn’t here .to book them .”
