“Michelle, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the phenomenal job you did in organising our girls trip. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience, and your meticulous planning and attention to detail truly made all the difference. Your expertise and thorough planning made the entire process incredibly smooth. From coordinating flights to arranging accommodation, every detail was perfectly executed. The accommodation you selected was beyond our expectations. The hotel was amazing, it was modern, clean and the food and staff were fab. It was so great that we decided to spend most days there lazing around the pool. We were also touched by the thoughtful surprises you arranged for the group which Included a bottle of fizz for our friend's 40th birthday which came with a personalised note. Your prompt and friendly communication throughout the planning process was greatly appreciated. It gave us confidence that we were in good hands and allowed us to fully enjoy the anticipation leading up to the trip. This trip will forever hold a special place in our hearts, thanks to all your efforts. “Michelle booked us a last minute girls holiday to Ibiza. She found us an amazing hotel within our budget, which exceeded all our expectations. Michelle was friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us, including complimentary Fizz! “I was recommended Michelle and after booking with her, I would also recommend to anyone who usually books their own holiday. I used to book my own, but not only can Michelle get you the best possible prices, she takes the hassle out of the searching, comparing, entering details, checking reviews. Michelle is very attentive and it’s clear to see her focus throughout is YOUR Family needs and requirements to help provide you with brilliant holiday options. She also has knowledge I wouldn’t, on the time of year to travel to certain places, what avoid and what to consider. She can also use her networks to find out information about a hotel or area for you Furthermore her role as an agent means she can look after you much more than you could yourself, if any problems arise with flights or hotel. Or for example you wanted to pre request anything from the hotel for someone’s special birthday, her role means the request is taken more seriously We booked ourJamaica trip with Michelle for a special 40th and I’m already speaking with Michelle again for a short trip. Will be sure to plan my next big holiday with her, it’s a no brainer. Thank you so much Michelle… you have been brilliant Jamie”

“REVIEW Michelle Brice from Pauline Hartley I have recently consulted Michelle regarding a cruise and hotel stays in Europe The research that she carried out was speedily and efficiently accomplished She looked at every aspect of the cruise line and hotels and made personal contact with many so that she could give us detailed information All our queries (some trivial!) were answered patiently and efficiently Consequently we had no hesitation in asking Michelle to book for us and have great confidence in the arrangements she has made Michelle is a delight to deal with and her interest and enthusiasm made the whole experience very enjoyable”

“Michelle was fabulous when booking our trip to Ibiza. Michelle is very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We were celebrating a birthday and she arranged a surprise which was a wonderful touch. Michelle got us a really reasonable price for a lovely up and coming hotel.”
