“Michelle has been fantastic organising our trip. No attention to detail is spared with Michelle taking great care to ensure the hotels and travel met our requirements at each stage. Michelle has also gone the extra mile in ensuring that we're kept informed of any building works at our hotels and giving us confidence these will be completed before our trip. I couldn't recommend Michelle more highly - a 'must have' holiday planner for anyone who wants attention to detail for their time away.”

“Michelle was so helpful and efficient, she could not do enough to help us. Our booking was very complicated as we were booking a lot of different places, she worked very hard to get us the best deals and information to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It took all the stress away from booking the holiday as we knew we were in safe hands. We would definitely use Michelle again as we are busy people and don’t have the time to shop for the best deals. Thank you for all your help we can’t wait for our holiday.”

“Michelle is a true professional with an exceptional eye for detail. She listened to what I wanted to see on my travels, and translated this into amazing options for me to choose from. She offered a wide & fantastic range of options with a variety of providers so that my specific needs were catered for. For example, I wanted to travel for a special birthday to Canada next year, travelling on the Rocky Mountaineer & a cruise to Alaska. Michelle offered enough options to cover off on lots of places & activities on my “bucket list”. The best thing about Michelle is that she listens to what I want to see & do & works within the budget given. Michelle did all the hard work & even when I had to change the dates it wasn’t an issue.”

“Michelle was so helpful with the process of booking our holiday, her advice and care was very reassuring. She advised that whilst on holiday any issues we have where the local rep is not able to help, we should email her and she would then ensure it would be dealt with promptly and efficiently. It's the first time that we have booked a holiday via an advisor”

“Booking a holiday was upgraded from a process to an effortless journey! Michelle carefully designed our Jordan itinerary after exploring our wish list of highlights and activities, budget range and types of accommodation. The level of detail of each day of the trip was such that we felt both excited and reassured, particularly for part of the world we had little knowledge of. Our summer family break is so important and has to meet all our needs and expectations. A tall order but one that Michelle more than delivered on. Thankyou Michelle! There’s now no other way to book our travel!”
