“Thank you for your help in finding us the most beautiful hotel and location for our holiday which met all of our criteria that we asked for. We definately would not have found this without your knowledge and recommendation. The addition of the lounge access and priority security lane meant we were checked in an sitting down relaxed within 15 mins of arrival at Gatwick. Private transfers at our destination were excellent and all on time. A definate must given the transfer time each way. Will definately be back for your advice and support on our next holiday.”

“I highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for an amazing holiday and excellent service. From start to finish Emma has been fantastic, we told her what we wanted from our holiday and location, Emma gave us options with lots of information about the area and hotels. She’s so friendly and super organised, it was so reassuring that our holiday, flights, luggage, transport etc was all taken care of. Would definitely use Emma when booking our next holiday. “I can‘t say thank you enough. With your help we succeeded in surprising our kids with a trip to Disney World Florida. We didn't want them to know in advance and you worked around our schedule to help us get this booked. It was lovely to see you had as much enthusiasm as we did for the surprise and gave us some great options! My biggest thanks comes from you dealing with the issue we had with our villa after we arrived. Whilst we were at Epcot enjoying our holiday you dealt with it in the background, liaising with the US company the villa was booked with. Your customer service was second to none and you've absolutely nailed it in delivering us a holiday of a lifetime!”

“After spending hours searching the internet for a special holiday for my family to celebrate my husband‘s birthday I was completely overwhelmed! I contacted Emma with a list of specific criteria and a budget. Emma was so efficient coming back to me with a short list of possible options. I was able to ask specific questions about the options and see real life photos of the hotels from her colleagues who had been to the resorts. My favourite option even came in at the bottom end of my budget. We have the perfect holiday planned, well with our budget and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Emma. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends and family.”
