“Typically being someone who books all holidays online, not seeing the value of a travel agent, I can honestly say my head as been turned. Emma was recommended from a friend and didn’t just meet expectations but exceeded them. She offered great communication, understanding with minor delays and excellent advice when required. I had absolute faith that from the moment I left my house for the airport, that we were in for a good experience. Everything went as planned from the airport lounge, to the flights to the transfers (which was a top quality minibus with a very knowledgeable driver) and of course the hotel. I will not hesitate to use Emma’s services again in the future. Five stars from me.”
