“After a chance meeting on a flight to Spain Michelle has proved to be totallly fabulous with booking our Thailand trip. Nothing has been too much trouble, prompt replies to all emails and calls, very professional and very friendly and helpful. “From the very start, with our very last minute holiday request, Michelle’s expert knowledge of places and recommendations resulted in a fabulous room at an amazing all inclusive hotel and resort that we’d definitely love to return to again! Right through to the end, with some of our own unforeseen changes, Michelle was there to help and communicate with us every step of the way. “From me sending the initial message to having hotel options and flight info with recommendations from Michelle took a couple of hours.
