“Michelle went above and beyond to cater for our rather picky wish list for our 2024 holiday. All our requirements were exceeded and nothing was too much trouble for Michelle (even us changing our minds on some parts and tweaking things several times!) We would absolutely recommend Michelle and will be using her going forwards for all our holiday bookings. Thank you we can’t wait for our fantastic 2024 holiday!”

“I came across Michelle’s business on social media and the holidays looked amazing! We decided to ask her to do a bespoke trip for us and it was a fantastic experience! “Michelle has been incredible at helping me book two holidays so far. One a pretty complicated trip to Zimbabwe! Michelle has been fantastic in communicating, very thoughtful and super patient! Nothing has been too much to ask of her and we are really looking forward to the wonderful trips she has booked us. Excellent service all round.”

“Michelle provides a professional and personalised service. When booking a holiday with Michelle for a large group, Michelle offered a number of options to us and was extremely patient as we changed our requirements several times. Michelle responded to my emails and calls at all times of day and night and provided a personal service second to none. I have already recommended her to my friends. This is the first time that I have used an agent in years but I will most certainly be booking with Michelle in the future.”
