“We were looking to book a couple of special occasion holidays to Jersey and Santorini following the pandemic, and a friend introduced us to Elaine. The initial process was so easy as we just gave the location and dates, and Elaine came up with excellent options for us to choose from. We subsequently asked for additional things such as upgrades, private transfers and pre-booked flight seats, which Elaine also arranged. The trips went seamlessly, and we have since booked a city break and a holiday to Spain, and once again found the whole process so simple, enabling us to just sit back and wait for the tickets to come through the door. Elaine’s service has been faultless, and we have already taken great pleasure in recommending her to others. Tony and Lynn”

“Elaine always booked our family holidays when I was younger so it was only natural that she would continue to do so when I started out on my own. She takes all the stress out of organising, never fails to deliver and always drops me a message to ensure all is okay and to offer her services if we ever need her whilst we are away - the service doesn't end just because you have booked! “Several friends had experienced issues with booking online so when it came to my first major overseas trip, I was introduced to Elaine by my partner. As a first-time flyer, she made things so easy, explaining everything clearly and preparing me for any eventualities. I have since travelled both long and short haul, city breaks and beach breaks, all booked with Elaine who thinks of anything and everything to make our holidays that little bit extra special. She is always there for you, even whilst on the holiday itself, checking in to make sure everything is up to par. During the pandemic, she kept us up to date with the ever-changing requirements whilst we were in New York. Elaine is friendly, understanding and always one step ahead, sorting a potential issue before you even know it is one! A total professional with incredible people skills. Highly recommended.
