“Kay found us a great holiday. The booking was simple and she was easy to contact and quick to respond to queries. However we didn't receive the final itinerary or flight details until less than 3 days before travel which was an added worry. Overall I would recommend and definitely use her again.”

“We always use Kay to book our holidays whether it is my husband and I or the whole extend family. She always gives us the best price and shares her knowledge of the resort we intend to visit. Kay does everything need for us we just have to pack and turn up at the airport.Fantastic service and always with a smile nothing is too much for this lovely lady.”

“We have been using Kay Frankland to book our foreign holidays for about 2 years now. We were introduced to her services via a friend of my wife. We tend to take 4 or 5 foreign holidays a year. I have a quick look at the holiday comparrison websites, see something that interests us, then email the details on to Kay. Kay then finalises all of the details, including plane seats, transferes et all. Once the holiday is confirmed, Kay then arranges for a complete package of "hard copy" documentation to be posted to our home (we don`t reust elctronic boarding passes). Excellent customer service from start to finish. We hope to be using Kay`s service`s for many years to come!”

“Once again an excellent service from Kay. Always very helpful as she has been throughout the years we have been dealing with her. Nothing is too much trouble plus coming to our home to get things sorted for us is priceless. Will continue to deal with Kay in the future. Thoroughly recommend her.”
