“What can I say? Roberta is amazing! She has booked a number of holidays for us now, both short and long haul, and each time she gets it spot on. From giving her the bare bones of an idea she liases back and forth, always with a smile in her voice, until its exactly right for us. She knows what sort of holidays and accomodation we like and never fails to sort something perfect for us. Roberta takes all the stress and hassle out of sorting a holiday as she does all the hard work in the minimum amount of time. She also has a great inside knowledge of all the destinations we have visited so far so not only does she 'really know her stuff' but she has numerous top tips for getting the most out of your holiday. I cannot recommend her highly enough!”

“Roberta is brilliant at finding the right holiday, she understands my requirements and finds me exactly what I need, the thought of scrolling through looking for a holiday is daunting, so to have someone to do that for you is just brilliant. Roberta ensures the finer details are sorted and is always on hand to deal with any extras you might need while away. Having worked abroad and been on plenty of holidays, she is extremely knowledgeable. Roberta provides a great service and I would highly recommend her.”

“We were very lucky to recently experience the fantastic service from Roberta who has helped us to book our dream holidays to Ravello and then the Maldives. Roberta knows exactly what we want from a holiday and always comes up with perfect hotel suggestions and ideas. Her knowledge of places and the speed at which she replies to any correspondence is second to none and we are so pleased we have her as our travel agent. I would highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Roberta has been really helpful whilst booking our trip which is extra special to us as it s our Honeymoon. Roberta listened to our requirements and within a short time of our asking for her help she came back with choices that more than met our brief! “Roberta is excellent at organising all our holidays - her knowledge is second to none, she is fast to respond to any questions and goes above and beyond contacting hotels with requests/birthday surprises etc. I think it helps that she has worked overseas and visited so many of the different destinations. She does not just book the initial trip but sees it through to the end with every single detail. Brilliant help - cannot recommend highly enough and would not book with anyone else!
