“Nicola has made our chaotic year run much more smoothly. She firstly booked my stag doo to Vegas for 14 lads and we didn’t have one single issue throughout the whole trip. We stayed in Caesars Palace which was perfect for us and the flights were brilliant! Secondly Nicola booked our Honeymoon to California traveling down the west coast from San Francisco to San Diego. Every hotel we stayed in we couldn’t fault one bit. The flight times were excellent again. Any queries we had on both trips Nicola was just a message away! Highly recommended!!!”

“We have just returned from the most fabulous week at Sani Resort Halkidiki Greece. I was looking for a special holiday for my family, Nicola recommended this resort and she wasn't wrong. It delivered on everything I asked for and more. We have always arranged our own travel in the past but not anymore! Nicola takes all the stress of choosing a trip, her attention to detail, listening to what makes you and your family happy, then she makes it happen. Even down to a very early morning message, apologizing for a slight delay (20 minutes) and a lovely welcome home message too........ If your thinking of taking a trip of a lifetime or a short break, let Nicola do the work for you....... Speak soon lovely lady for our next trip. The Bailey's xxxxx”

“After looking ourselves for a perfect destination for our Honeymoon and going to travel agents while getting extremely stressed about it in the process. I contacted Nicola at Designer Travel on the Wednesday, she asked me what our requirements were and budget and the following day she was back in-touch with some options - all options looked fantastic. My partner and I looked over them on the Friday and contacted Nicola on the Saturday with our preferred destination. Within a few hours, we received the best price and all the details, Sunday morning we sent over all the details Nicola needed to book. Within the hour it was booked and all the details and ATOL certificate sent over. I was a little sceptical about booking a holiday in this way but we will 100% be using Designer Travel again, extremely professional, got back to me with any questions we had straight away and was completely stress free. Thank you Nicola ☺️”

“I'd just like to say a big thank you to Designer Travel by Nicola Hall for all your help on our recent trip to see Santa in Lapland. Nicola was recommended to us by a friend as I'd no idea where to start looking at a Lapland holiday. Once we told her what we wanted from the trip she pointed us in the right direction and to the right company to travel with. SantasLapland where just THE best. The organisation, the staff, the whole experience in Saariselka was unbelievable and the children's faces when they saw Santa...priceless. Nicola was amazing. Even when we had to change our booking it wasn't a problem. She kept checking in with emails, messages and calls and even though when we travelled she was away enjoying a trip herself, she still checked in putting her customers first. Nicola will be our port of call for every holiday in the future. Thank you. It was a trip of a lifetime that grandparents, parents and grandchildren will never forget. Nicola, you're a star!”
