“Excellent customer service from Helen… We were looking for a special holiday in the Caribbean & asked Helen to help us look for one in Antigua for us. We gave her dates & a budget & she came back very quickly with 3 for us to look at. We were very impressed & asked her to proceed with the one that suited us best. Helen has also helped us with the travel insurance too, nothing has been too much trouble for her. We would highly recommend Helen.”

“I have booked holidays and special trips through Helen a number of times. She is always very thorough with her suggestions and ideas for inclusions to make the holiday a better experience. I have had the unfortunate experience of having flights cancelled in the past at short notice, and Helen was amazing at settling our panic and sorting us out with new flights at short notice. definately a high quality service from Helen. I would highly recommend.”

“Having decided we wanted to a book our holiday for next year with an advisor this time to give us extra peace of mind, and without having to go into a travel agents we’re so glad we did! Booking with Helen was so easy. We exchanged afew emails and she was able to speak with me on the phone if needed. We gave her an idea of what we were looking for and she was able to offer her expert guidance and assistance to make sure everything was covered e.g transfers etc. Being a family of five, adjoining rooms is a must so Helen was able to make sure this was included. A fab hassle free service. We will definitely be using Helen again!”
