“We've relied on Helen to organise our holidays for many years now. She has an enormous amount of knowledge, combined with a near-infinite reserve of patience when it comes to dealing with our various particular wishes and plans! We really like to have the support provided by Helen when we travel, because on the rare occasions when something goes wrong (eg. a delayed or cancelled flight) she is there to pick up the pieces and sort out any necessary changes. We look forward to using Helen's expertise for many years to come.”

“I was very pleased with the service Helen offered. I explained our problem with a cancelled holiday at the end of September and she was able to provide valuable advice and find excellent hotel options even at this late time of year. It is very likely that we will use Helen again.”

“Helen has always gone the extra mile to help us, my husband is extremely fussy and it would be easier to not have us as customers I'm sure, however Helen's patience persevered she got to know what we wanted and listened. her professionalism meant she found the perfect holiday for us which ticked all the boxes....this isn't the first holiday she has booked for us, and I will continue to go back to Helen and recommend to others for the foreseeable, she is truly amazing. “First class service from Helen. We approached a local travel agent for help in arranging a cruise to celebrate a major milestone. The only help we received was to be given a coupe of brochures with a sugestion that we return when we had decided on a holiday. I remembered that some years ago Helen had gone to a great deal of trouble in helping us to arrange an extended holiday and decided to give her a call. I explained a couple of complications and, having taken those into account, Helen very quickly came up with the perfect holiday for us. Many thanks Helen”
