“Lucia has booked several holidays for us over the years now and without a shadow of a doubt we have always received an amazing service. We would always recommend booking package holidays through an agent and you cannot go wrong using Lucia's services, especially when it comes to issues whilst on that holiday...should issues arise that is! Lucia is always available and goes out of her way to resolve problems you may be encountering, such as when we were in Tahiti, totally different time zone across the planet from the UK and the local agents had failed to advise a tour guide that our hotel had been changed. Lucia fixed this immediately despite the time difference and our holiday was amazing. Always grateful for Lucia's help and advice.”

“Amazing! Lucia was amazing when our flights were cancelled by the airline on the departure day (which was also a Sunday) and organised alternative flights. Lucia was communicative with us throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back in touch soon !”

“We have booked a number of trips with Lucia in recent years and her customer service is excellent. She takes the time to get to know what her clients are really looking for, goes above and beyond with additional touches and is always keen to receive feedback on your holiday. We rarely use a travel agent these days but have no hesitation with booking through Lucia and have none in recommending her to others.”
