“We are just back from another great trip arranged by Caroline. She listened to our needs and booked a lovely central hotel that allowed us to explore Krakow. As always from initial booking, throughout the process and even after we returned Caroline kept in constant contact. Caroline also organised our day trip, that was very professional and great value for money. We will certainly use her services again.”

“What can we say? Well, let‘s start with Caroline provides a brilliant, professional, personal and very attentive service. This is the second cruise we've booked through Caroline. The first time round we had no clue where to start, Caroline was invaluable as she quizzed us to find our likes and dislikes then she found and organized the most fabulous trip for us. For our second cruise we knew what we wanted, told Caroline then sat back as she put everything in place for us to have yet another amazing trip. We sailed on Celebrity Reflection and travelled Aqua Class on a 10 night cruise taking in ports in Italy, Croatia, Montenegro and Greece. The ship was magnificent, our room lovely, the food wonderful and service was truly amazing. Caroline organized all flights, transfers, hotel and cruise. We knew from our first time round that we had nothing to worry about other than to get ourselves to the airport, after that let the fun begin. BA did try to put a spanner in the works by cancelling our flight out on the morning of travel, however, this was all rearranged very quickly and Caroline was in regular touch with us throughout the day (and the evening!!) to ensure we had everything we needed and that we got there ok. Once again, thank you Caroline for your exceptional service. Anne & Grant”

“We had a fantastic week away in Ibiza. This is the second holiday we have booked with Caroline; I said what we wanted & Caroline sorted it all out for us we did nothing, even very kindly sorted the parking for me, all really easy and straight forward. We loved the island, it’s stunning. Thank you, just what the doctor ordered”

“Thank you for organising our trip to Gibraltar. We had a great time. The hotel was lovely as were our rooms, which as you requested, were sea facing. Our EasyJet flights were excellent & our booked seats were just where we wanted them. Thank you once again, there is no doubt that we will be contacting you for our next ‘jolly’. Mrs P White”
