“I ordered two 2 packs and paid $82.oo overnight charge for each one on 3/03/23 and didnt receive my packages until 3/13/23. Not happy at the fact that I paid $170 for expedited shipping and this happened.”

It looks like the carrier lost your packages for a few days as their were no updates on your tracking numbers until the 13th.
