“My order was received and processed quickly with a fast delivery. Upon opening delivery the lantern failed to turn on all four light components. I called and left a message about potential return and Rich called me back to let me know I will receive a new lantern and I could keep the defective one. No questions asked. The new ltern arrived within a week and works perfectly. Great product and excellent customer service. Bravo Devos”
